On May 25, 2023, WiN Tajikistan’s members organized a charity event for children with disabilities undergoing rehabilitation at the State Institution “Educational and Practical Complex of Social and Innovation Work”.

Every day, about 50-60 children with various disabilities - physical and mental (cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism and others) receive help and undergo rehabilitation at the center in the format of a day center - that is, mothers with children come at 7 am and leave at 18.00. Children from 0 to 14 years old are accepted. 

As part of rehabilitation, children undergo therapy with highly qualified specialists of the center. They receive a massage, develop fine motor skills, work with a speech therapist, and undergo various exercises on special simulators.

The management of the State Institution “Educational and Practical Complex of Social and Innovation Work”, specialists, as well as parents of children with disabilities expressed deep gratitude to WiN Tajikistan and the CBRN Safety and Security Agency of NAST for the assistance provided.
