On February 17, 2023, the women-scientists of WiN Tajikistan met in the conference room of CBRN Safety and Security Agency of NAST.

 The meeting was devoted to discussion the topics for scientific round tables. It was decided to hold three round tables, including on radiation safety issues (professional radiation monitoring, cancer issues, problems of radioactive tailings); nutrition issues (the influence of various additives on the quality of food products), and on  issues of modern fundamental materials science.

 

 
It was also decided to hold a meeting of WiN Tajikistan’s members devoted to Mother’s Day and International Women’s Day on the topic “The role of women in the development of sciences in Tajikistan”. It is planned to invite outstanding women scientists working at the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan to the meeting.
