The director of the Branch, Sergei Trofimov, made an opening speech, who noted that the seminar was organized as part of the implementation of the State program “Twenty years of study and development of natural, exact and mathematical sciences”, the upcoming anniversary of the 270th anniversary of Moscow University and the 15th anniversary of the Branch of Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov in Dushanbe.

A more accurate name for this meeting is “a scientific Workshop”, which took place in the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security Agency of NAST, brought together like-minded scientists from research institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, the Council for Coordination of Research and Development of NAST, the Center for Research of Innovative Technologies of NAST, teaching staff of the Faculty of Materials Sciences of Moscow State University, Branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov in the city of Dushanbe, scientists from the Tajik National University, Tajik State Medical University named after Abuali ibni Sino, etc., the head of WIN Russia, Evgenia Enshina, took part online.

It is pleasant to note that graduates of the field of study “Chemistry, Physics and Mechanics of Materials” of the Branch took an active part in the scientific seminar and discussions.

The seminar participants noted the relevance of this topic, the productivity and prospects for further joint scientific meetings, allowing them to learn about the latest innovative developments in the field of modern materials science, to have the opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss them.
