On 23 February 2023, in honour of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Military Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, a ceremonial event was held in the conference hall of the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan with the participation of the Agency's staff.

At the opening of the event the Director of the Agency, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Ilkhom Mirsaidzoda spoke in detail about the history of its establishment, the formation of the National Army of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the establishment of the Military Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan on a zero-empty basis and highlighted the special contribution of this necessary institution in strengthening peace and national unity, as well as in the constant provision of security by the General Directorate on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan. During the fruitful speech gratitude was expressed to the servicemen of the Military Forces of the country for their hard work and Ilkhom Mirsaidzoda sincerely congratulated all present and participants of the meeting on this great holiday of the defenders of the Motherland, a school of bravery and valour, an arena of gratitude, a guarantor of peace and stability.
In addition, during the meeting, sports events were held on the territory of the Agency's Regional Training Centre with the participation of all staff members of this institution. The events were organised in 10 sports, including sports competitions, hand-to-hand combat, football and other sports. At the end of the tournament, the winners were awarded with valuable and memorable gifts from the Agency's administration.
The purpose of such sports events is, first of all, to improve physical skills, propaganda and encouragement of a healthy lifestyle. To be noted that this Agency regularly organises such useful and sporting events, which have now become a tradition.
