Mirsaidov U.M. - Member of the Council, Director of the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Agency at the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Kim A.A. – the vice-chairman of Committee on nuclear power and the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  From the Secretariat of Integration Committee of EurAsEC presented: A.B. Alymkulov- the Responsible Secretary of the Council, the Head of Department on power policy and environmental issues of the Secretariat of IK EurAsEC; Kuyshabayev E.D. - Deputy Head of Department on power policy and environmental issues of the Secretariat of IK EurAsEC. Moreover, the invited experts from the ministries and specialists of the national companies attended the meeting.

The Council discussed the following themes:

1. The implementation of the decisions of the Eighth Meeting of Cooperation Council for Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy under the EurAsEC Integration Committee (Presented by the Executive Secretary of the Council - Alymkulov A.B.);

2. The state of tailing facilities located in the Republic of Tajikistan. (Presented by the Council Member from the Republic of Tajikistan - Mirsaidov U. M.) 

3. The Inter-state Target Programme Project of EurAsEC on "Recultivation of EurAsEC Member States Territories, Exposed to Uranium Mining" (Materials provided by State Corporation Rosatom);

4. The draft Regulation on the Management of the Inter-state Target Programme Implementation on "Recultivation of EurAsEC Member States Territories, Exposed to Uranium Mining" (Materials provided by State Corporation Rosatom);

 5. Progress on Harmonization of EurAsEC Member States Legislation on Accounting, Control and Storage of Radioactive Sources (Presented by the Chairman of the Experts Working Group on Harmonization of EurAsEC Member States Legislation on Accounting, Control, and Storage of Radioactive Sources - Yershova V.N.);

6. The draft Agreement on Information Cooperation among Eurasian Economic Community Member States on the Movement of Radioactive Sources (Presented by the Chairman of the Experts Working Group on Harmonization of EurAsEC Member States Legislation on Accounting, Control, and Storage of Radioactive Sources - Yershova V.N.);

7. The training on the peaceful use of atomic energy for the EurAsEC Member States (Presented by the Chairman of Experts Working Group on training in the peaceful use of Nuclear Energy for the EurAsEC Member States, Vice-Rector of the National Research Nuclear University "MEPhI"- E.F. Kryuchkova);

8. The Development of Nuclear Medicine in the EurAsEC Member States (presented by the Chairman of Experts Working Group on the Development of Nuclear Medicine for the EurAsEC Member States, Deputy Head of the Russian FMBA Department - E.P. Kaneva);

9.  Development of Legislative and Technical Framework for Nuclear Energy Use of EurAsEC Member States.

10. Regarding the regular meeting of the Cooperation Council for the peaceful use of nuclear energy under theEurAsEC Integration Committee.
